When all employees start with the company, we have quite an intrusive employee induction programme, which covers clear desk policy firstly, where we expect anyone to leave anything on the desk, not even a keyboard or a mouse. No up here for work nothing even if you just need to know where to get a brew, the industry that we're in, we cannot have anything experts, climate wise, GDPR anything, this could be detrimental to our company, we have a lot of screen policy. So even if you nip into make a brew or to the toilet seat to a colleague next to you, we make sure that everyone walks their screen has with part of ISO with this is one of the main things we cannot have anything left on screens.
We have a password policy, which enforces that we use LastPass. For our passwords, the cards are kept on notes or kept on your phone. It can't be something that you'll remember like a name or a date of birth, we ask that it's 12 characters. This has changed every 90 days. And it's not something obvouis. We keep all our policies on an internet cognition. We also put these on staffology, so that staff can read and adhere to these. We update them with legislation to keep up to date with company policy.
