Once accepted, proposals instantly generate automated assessments complete with tailored questionnaires, streamlining your workflow and improving efficiency.

Additionally, we've introduced flexible scheduling options, allowing you to specify a 'Required Before' date when accepting proposals. This helps us prioritise your assessments to better match your timelines.

Managing billing and registered addresses is now fully self-service within SecurePortal, reducing administrative hassle. Proposals automatically adapt to your billing address, featuring dynamic currency localisation and locked-in exchange rates to ensure transparency and accuracy.

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting upgrade to how proposals are managed within SecurePortal, making your experience smoother, faster, and more efficient! Previously, proposals were shared as static PDF files uploaded to the platform, requiring a download before you could even begin to review them. Although this got the job done, we knew it lacked the interactivity and immediacy we strive to deliver.

With this latest update, proposals are now available as Live Documents directly within SecurePortal no more downloading necessary! These dynamic proposals allow you to view and interact with all the information right in your browser, delivering the modern and intuitive experience you're accustomed to with our SecurePortal reports. The clean, consistent design ensures all the details you need are clear, accessible, and beautifully presented.

Each digital proposal clearly lists the services included, enabling you to quickly understand what's on offer and effortlessly manage decisions, whether you’re overseeing multiple assessments or focusing on a single project. The intuitive layout helps you streamline your workflow, keeping the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

Even better, when you accept a proposal, SecurePortal now instantly creates assessments based precisely on your selected services. Each assessment automatically includes the relevant questionnaires, drastically reducing administrative overhead and ensuring you have all necessary information immediately at your fingertips. This automation not only speeds up the assessment process but significantly enhances accuracy and communication, ensuring a smoother and more productive experience from start to finish.

Another fantastic addition is the new option to specify a 'Required Before' date when accepting proposals. By indicating your ideal timeline, you help our Service Delivery Team prioritise your assessment to better meet your expectations. While this date isn't guaranteed, it greatly assists us in aligning our resources with your needs, ensuring we work together seamlessly.

Billing and Registered Addresses – Everything You Need, Ready When You Need It.

In response to customer feedback, we’ve introduced new tools to help you better manage your billing and registered address information directly within SecurePortal. You can now update your organisation’s registered address, billing address, and invoice contact details at any time without needing to raise a request with our Finance Team.

This means less admin and quicker changes when your organisation relocates, updates its billing contact, or wants to make adjustments for audit and compliance purposes.

Additionally, proposals are now automatically localised based on your billing address. This includes dynamic currency selection, allowing proposals and invoices to reflect the most appropriate currency for your region.

Once a proposal has been published, the exchange rate is locked in ensuring that the figures you see on your proposal exactly match your final invoice. This removes ambiguity around fluctuating rates and avoids any discrepancies between sales and billing, giving you a more reliable and transparent experience.

These improvements mark another step forward in our goal to make SecurePortal the most efficient and user-friendly platform in the cybersecurity services space. From initial proposals through to final delivery, every update is designed to empower you with greater clarity, control, and confidence.
